We are a rapidly growing organization in the Paramus, NJ area. We are seeking to hire a Human Resources Administrator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assisting with compliance in HR policies and procedures.
Payroll and Benefits:
Supporting payroll preparation by collecting and verifying time and attendance data.
Assisting in benefits enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
Recruitment Support:
Posting job ads and assisting with screening resumes.
Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
Employee Relations:
Serving as a point of contact for general HR questions.
Assisting with conflict resolution or escalation to higher HR roles when necessary.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Preparing reports for audits or internal reviews.
Administration:
Assist with Special Event Planning, Corporate Meetings and Luncheons
Assist with Human Resources Projects
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of Human Resources Administration experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP) and general office tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
