Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing all aspects of Human Resources support to our associates amongst all locations in the U.S.
- HR Generalist will function as a resource for questions from leadership and associates concerning various HR policies, procedures, regulations, and documentation and coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems or inquiries
- This includes sourcing, interviewing, selection, diversity initiatives, pre-employment screening and support with onboarding
- Maintains confidential employee files including but not limited to personnel; medical; payroll, benefits, etc.
- Handles processing paperwork pertaining to new hires, terminations, or changes in employee status, including maintaining the HRIS through Paycom
- Responsible for processing company payroll in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies
- Monitors HR metrics, generate standard and ad hoc reports and trend analysis as needed, including but not limited to the collection of data and preparation of bi-monthly payroll flash report
- Maintains Worker's Compensation files, submits Incidents to Third Party Administrator.
- Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations
- Works closely with our Third-Party Benefits Administrator and is a liaison between our employees and this support platform
- Performs other duties required by HR Manager and Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and data analysis required
- Ability to understand and meet stated deadlines required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Manufacturing is highly preferred
- Experience with processing payroll in Paycom and strong familiarity with the Paycom HRIS platform is required
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with other management, staff, employees, and contractors
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills, and conducts training as required
- Strong analytical skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, OR
At least five years of directly related manufacturing and or HR experience required
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
