- Develop strategic recommendations for Head of UA stakeholders, aligning paid social efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in organic marketing, creative, performance marketing, product, and analytics to build cohesive and unified strategies.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of paid social specialists, instilling a culture of excellence, creativity, and innovation.
- Provide hands-on support and training to team members, ensuring skill development and career growth.
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert on paid social, driving innovation and best practices.
