Key Responsibilities
- Formulate marketing campaigns targeting customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.
- Direct the management of digital lead generation campaigns in collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive loyalty / membership program strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead the creation and execution of e-commerce product marketing strategies to drive revenue without incurring operational expenses.
- Conduct thorough analysis of past marketing expenditures and performance to inform budgeting decisions.
- Monitor and track marketing spending, providing regular updates on budget utilization and variances.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements while maintaining marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing leader to allocate resources strategically across various channels and campaigns.
- Harness data analytics to optimize product pricing and promotional strategies, contributing to revenue maximization.
- Develop KPIs and reporting with a focus on ROI and other key revenue drivers, sharing results with leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM and other Martech platforms to streamline and personalize sales and marketing efforts.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to seamlessly align marketing strategies with overarching business goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer behavior, industry and market trends to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Provide leadership to team members to build skills and fosters a culture of innovation and accountability.
