We are seeking a visionary Senior Staff Engineer to join our Growth Engineering Team as a key technical leader and architect. In this role, you will drive innovation, scalability, and performance in systems that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that enhance our first-time user experiences, deliver value to users, improve scalability, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Your expertise will shape our technical direction, aligning with the company's mission of breaking barriers to global growth. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a passion for solving complex problems, enabling business growth, and mentoring technical teams.
You will report to the VP, Growth Engineering.
You will be based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least one day per week.
