We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Service Director with a strong background in the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of our HVAC engineering services, including project planning, team leadership, and client relations. This role is ideal for a hands-on manager with expertise in HVAC systems who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and driving operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC engineers and technicians.
Provide guidance on technical issues and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Monitor project progress and address challenges to meet client expectations.
Service Delivery:
Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, and repaired according to industry standards and client requirements.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and technical expertise.
Address client concerns promptly and propose innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
Operational Oversight:
Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage budgets, control expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
Training and Development:
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to ensure the team stays updated on the latest HVAC technologies and practices.
Industry Knowledge and Innovation:

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficiency in HVAC design software, project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
Certifications such as LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or EPA Universal Certification are a plus.
Salary : $180,000 - $190,000
