We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product Engineering to lead our engineering team in developing & maintaining our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in scaling engineering teams and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of directors, managers, and engineers
- Develop and execute the technical vision and strategy in alignment with business goals
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our SaaS platform
- Implement best practices for product and software development, CI/CD, QA, and DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation
- Manage the engineering department's budget and resources
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and architectural improvements
Requirements:
- 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management
- Experience with PHP, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and front-end web technologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
