Overview:



The Vice President of Sales will lead revenue generation efforts for a fast-growing, multi-location service provider in the industrial and commercial contracting space. This role is responsible for building and executing a strategic sales framework, developing key client relationships, and driving profitable growth across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to sales forecasting, business development, and market expansion while managing a high-performing team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration across targeted industries.
  • Lead a team of regional and national sales professionals, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain high-value client relationships with general contractors, developers, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, including strategic partnerships and geographic expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
  • Establish performance metrics, CRM tracking, and sales KPIs to drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies, balancing profitability with market competitiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to position the company as a market leader.


Qualifications:



  • 10 years of B2B sales leadership experience in a service-driven industry (industrial contracting, facilities management, construction, or similar).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that result in consistent revenue growth.
  • Experience managing multi-location sales teams with a focus on enterprise and large-scale accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Familiarity with contracting, service agreements, and complex sales cycles.
  • Expertise in CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies.
