SCOPE / SUMMARY :
Answer Customer questions / issues, enter customer orders into the Order Entry System.
Must be familiar with Micosoft Office.
Position does have opportunities to move up in the company.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 2 years previous Customer Service experience required.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must have strong experience in creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and schedules.
Demonstrated organizational skills, follow through and detail-orientation.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully in a deadline-intensive environment.
Ability to learn quickly, self-teach, take initiative with learning Order Entry Software.
Must be highly organizational and analytical.
Ability to work with other employees in a small office environment.
