Job Summary
This is a critical Finance Manager position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, designed to provide comprehensive financial and strategic support to the organization. The role is pivotal in driving business insights, operational analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
The Finance Manager will be a key strategic partner responsible for:
- Delivering in-depth financial and business operations analysis
- Developing comprehensive business insights
- Supporting executive decision-making processes
- Driving continuous improvement across organizational functions
Core Responsibilities:
- Financial Performance Analysis
- Provide detailed monthly performance reports for assigned departments
- Conduct thorough expense variance reviews
- Develop recommendations for operational and financial corrective actions
- Prepare daily and weekly productivity reports
- Perform detailed cost-per-unit reporting and variance analysis
- Strategic Business Partnering
- Collaborate closely with operational leadership teams
- Elevate strategic business agenda through data-driven insights
- Develop sophisticated financial models supporting strategic initiatives
- Ensure accurate and complete financial entries in collaboration with the Controller's group
- Analytical and Reporting Capabilities
- Evaluate financial results with exceptional clarity
- Present complex financial information to executive management
- Utilize advanced data analytics to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and policy development
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Concentration in Finance or Accounting Preferred
- Advanced degree or professional certification a plus
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in financial or business analysis roles
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Manufacturing sector financial management
- Business partnership with production and procurement teams
- Leading continuous improvement projects
- Advanced financial modeling
- Data-driven analytical problem-solving
Technical and Soft Skills:
