Introduction :
We are a leading export / import of fresh fruits located in Tustin, California (Est : 1991). We source a wide range of products from the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Our commitment to our customers is as important as our premium products.
Duties :
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
Provide support to the sales team in managing customer accounts
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Keep orders and schedules up to date
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
Respond to customer inquiries
Assist with order processing
Experience :
No experience necessary. Training available on-site
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in Japanese is REQUIRED
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational skills
Schedule :
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
