Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager for a new high-volume restaurant opening. The ideal candidate possesses F&B knowledge, as well as global F&B knowledge and is able to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management with experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner service and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership skills, the ability to manage up to 150 employees, oversee staff training and development, possess financial literacy in respect to budgeting, revenue management, P&L, inventory, forecasting and a comprehensive understanding of the food industry.
Duties
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to create a skilled and motivated team.
• Implement effective food handling procedures to maintain health and safety compliance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
