Nursing Supervisor
3:00PM -11:00PM

A non-profit 180 bed facility located in the Allentown PA Area is searching for a full time and permanent Nursing Supervisor. Organization has an excellent reputation for quality of care in the Lehigh Valley and low turn over rates company wide. Position is a 37.5 hour work week! Position is HOURLY and RN will be paid for overtime if worked.
Requirements of the Nursing Supervisor:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an RN Supervisor or Charge RN within a long term care or rehab setting
- Active RN Licensure in the state of PA
Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor:
- Provide supervision for nursing team (RN, LPN, Aides) including training, disciplinary action, hiring, firing etc.
- Ensure highest level quality of care for residents living within the facility
Compensation and Benefits for the Nursing Supervisor:
- Highly competitive salary ranging up to $44.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
- $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus paid out over the course of one year
