Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily payroll department operations.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Perform routine & exception payroll entries/adjustments.
- Perform timesheet auditing.
- Perform an audit of all master data changes applicable to the payroll processing.
- Audit and balance payroll input data before transmission.
- Perform additional post-payroll audit.
- Transmit payroll within the advised deadline each period.
- Calculate off-cycle gross to net and process payment requests as needed.
- Research & resolve employee pay/policy/tax-related inquiries.
- Coordinate, participate in, or independently conduct various payroll trainings.
- Participate in New Hire Orientation presentations.
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc payroll reports as needed.
- Partner closely with HR, Benefits, and Finance personnel.
- Participate in implementing improvements and efficiencies to workflows and processes.
- Additional special assignments when needed.
Summary

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will utilize core skills in ADP WFN payroll system, alongside skills in excel and accounting. With your analytical skills and expertise in payroll concepts, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations within the organization.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
