At Majestic Steel, every coil, every sheet, every team member matters! We are seeking a Technical Support Intern to join our team! The Technical Support intern will assist in responding to helpdesk requests, basic troubleshooting, and special projects. You will play a key role in supporting technology, making a meaningful impact on Majestic Steel’s daily operations.

What You Will Do:
- Respond to Helpdesk Requests: Provide first-level support to local and remote associates, aiding in resolution of technical problems.
- Troubleshoot: Support troubleshooting efforts for hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and network connectivity issues under supervision.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions within the helpdesk ticketing system
- Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively on large-scale deployment and configuration of new laptops and desktops, upgrading to Windows 11, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Current student pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field, familiarity troubleshooting and support of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Skills & Abilities: Professional and friendly demeanor, ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical associates; detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to learning
- Additional: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work efficiently in office, remote and warehouse settings
What Makes You Stand Out:
