We are seeking a team player and individual who will manage a multi-family property near the Limington, ME area. As a Real Estate Property Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure you consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
- Responsible to manage financial aspects of the property inclusive of collections and budgeting.
- Administer marketing plans and property showings to increase occupancy.
- Develop high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
- Coordinate proper maintenance to enhance the physical attractiveness of the property.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of property experience preferred but not required
- Retail and Hospitality experience highly transferable and desirable
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Compensation:
Full time opportunity with base compensation, commission and bonus potential. Full range of benefits! Pay commensurate with experience -
