Job Description: General Operations Clerk

Position Overview: The General Operations Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assisting with product counts, printing labels, receiving deliveries, and more. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Counts: Assist with counting products to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Label Printing: Print labels for production to ensure proper identification and tracking of products.
• Receiving Deliveries: Receive and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Sales Orders: Print sales orders and prepare them for processing.
• Order Building and Palletizing: Build and palletize orders for delivery, ensuring they are correctly assembled and ready for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Take and enter inventory data into our system to maintain accurate records.
• Slack Communications: Manage communications on Slack, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
• Project Assistance: Assist with various projects as needed to support the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Food service and food safety a plus!
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management systems Microsoft office suite
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• Warehouse or Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
• Food Service Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish Fluently (Preferred)
• Portuguese Fluently (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Safety Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Nashua, NH 03063 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Nashua, NH 03063: Relocate before starting work (Required)
