Location : SW Suburbs of Chicagoland (Joliet, Aurora, Lisle, Naperville, Kankakee)
Schedule : Hybrid
Compensation : Up to $60k Base w / Benefits
We are an established restaurant group with 20 locations seeking a talented and results-driven Restaurant Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience in traditional and social media marketing, specifically within the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition across all 20 restaurant locations.
- Manage and grow the group’s presence on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.
- Create and oversee campaigns targeting Fast Casual and Quick Service Restaurant audiences, leveraging your in-depth industry knowledge to drive customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.
- Identify emerging trends in restaurant marketing to keep the brand competitive.
