Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Residence Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, ensuring that the facilities are maintained to the highest standards while fostering positive relationships with residents. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Oversee office operations, including data entry and record-keeping related to tenant leasing and maintenance requests.
- Implement effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws governing property management.
- Coordinate property leasing activities, including tenant screenings, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and scheduling repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for facility improvements and repairs while
- managing budgets effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or facilities management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and property leasing practices is essential.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management to maintain positive interactions with residents.
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with data entry and office administration tasks is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using CMMS or similar software for tracking maintenance activities is a plus.
- At Least 4 Years of Affordable Housing Experience
- At Least 4 Years of with Cash Flow Challenged Properties
