LPN Support Nurse

ROLE SUMMARY:
We are actively seeking another experienced team member to lead the way with resident care and services as directed by the Resident Services Director. The Support Nurse will play an active role in resident assessments and development of support plans, physicians orders, documentation, administering medications and/or treatments, conducting audits, assisting with new admissions and hospital returns, supervisory role, staffing schedules and performing other duties as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of 55 Pa. Code Chapter 2600 regulatory compliance relating to personal care homes
- Experience with inspection procedures and regulatory readiness
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety compliance
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of practical nursing
- Currently licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and license must be in good standing.
- Prefer minimum of two years experience in a PA licensed personal care home or assisted living setting
