ISO a seasoned financial Account Manager to support our Design Team in the purchase of luxury goods for our discerning clientele. We are a nationally recognized, high-end residential design firm on Boston's North Shore, specializing in bespoke homes worldwide.

Accounting accuracy must be down to the penny, as the devil is in the details in this exclusive, high-end residential design world. Only experienced, professional and qualified prospects need apply.
Responsibilities include reconciliation of complex transactions, general accounting, and preparation/issuance of monthly billing. General human resource management and analysis/forecasting of budgets with the company’s founder & principal will also be required.
Essential Duties
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledgers, AP and AR.
- Payroll
- Bank statement and credit card reconciliations
- Monthly sales tax filings for multiple states
- Preparing 1099's for multiple businesses within company umbrella
- General human resource and office management tasks
- Coordinate annual tax filings and be the primary liaison with CPA firm
- Generate and maintain financial reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university; 3-5 years related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
