Assist Management in the Improvement of Internal Controls
Analyze and Evaluate Accounting Documentation for Accounts Payable Process
Analyze and Evaluate Accounting Documentation for Accounts Receivable Process
Analyze and Evaluate Accounting Documentation for Cash Management Process
Review and Analyze procedures to assure all Shipments are invoiced to Customers
Review and Analyze Receiving procedures to assure all product received into warehouse is entered into Inventory system
Monitor and Review payment advances to Vendors on an ongoing Basis
Monitor and Review AR and AP Claims thru Completion
Establish an ongoing process for Cycle Counts of Inventory
Review and report Results of all Processes evaluated
Other Special Projects as Needed
Requirements
Experience :
5 Years experience in Accounting required.
Must Have Experience Working For An Accounting Firm
Work Remotely : No
