Position Summary:
Are you an experienced and hands-on Accounts Receivable Manager seeking a new opportunity with a stable and growing company? We are seeking a dynamic leader who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and AR Management of the company. Duties include auditing, collections and other applications to maintain accurate and current balances for all customers. This role reports to the controller and is crucial in supporting our financial operations and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate customer account status with the sales team and management
- Resolve account questions and assist with collections
- Provide AR reporting as required
- Provide regular updates to management on account performance and other key metrics
- Respond to customer and business requests in a prompt manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have outstanding communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience desired
- 5 years Accounts Receivable experience
- 5 years QuickBooks online experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
