Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and supervise administrative staff.
- Provide advanced customer service support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Utilize property management software to track financial data accurately.
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring compliance with company policies, including tracking insurance certificates and permits.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Ensure open communication between corporate, property, and regional staff.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Support management with various administrative tasks and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior customer service abilities, including the ability to handle difficult customers and complex situations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience motivating and managing teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Experience in property management or a related field is highly preferred.
