Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Supervisor. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills while working in a meaningful, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of ECM services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone & Email Management: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Input and maintain accurate client and program-related information in databases and electronic systems.
- Client Intake Support: Assist with processing intake forms and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
- File Organization & Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
- Office Supply & Inventory Management: Track and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- General Administrative Support: Provide additional assistance as needed to ECM staff, including special projects and operational support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Familiarity with healthcare, social services, or case management environments
- Experience with data entry, scheduling, or customer service
