The Administrator will be responsible for budgeting, financial oversight, and ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and resident rights.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with staff to provide high-quality care for residents, including those with developmental disabilities.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff members.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility operations and implement improvements as needed.
- Liaise with families, residents, and external agencies to promote effective communication and support services.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management within long-term care, senior care, or retirement home settings.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial acumen related to facility management.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Background in social work or related fields is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
