Job Summary
Admissions Director – Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our team This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with strong connections in hospitals, rehab centers, and the healthcare community to drive referrals and increase census.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to generate admissions.
- Manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for residents and families.
- Track and analyze referral trends to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Established relationships with hospital discharge planners and referral sources.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
