ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned AI Innovation Manager and subject matter expert to lead the end-to-end deployment of artificial intelligence technologies across various departments, driving operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. This role requires a strong background in AI systems design and integration, combined with hands-on implementation expertise in different operational and technical environments.
QUALIFICATION
Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing AI systems in complex, multi-departmental environments.
Proven track record of successful AI implementations and measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
Hands-on experience with automation tools, APIs, and system integrations.
Strong project management capabilities with a focus on delivering solutions on time and within scope.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for driving innovation.
Clear and effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience in developing and implementing automation, AI, and technology strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Presence on Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic AI Implementation
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend AI solutions tailored to department-specific challenges.
Design AI roadmaps and project plans for phased implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Conduct detailed assessments of current workflows, systems, and data infrastructures to determine AI readiness.
Lead the design, development, and customization of AI tools to address specific use cases.
Deploy recommended AI systems, ensuring seamless integration into existing platforms, including but not limited to :
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Data Analytics Platforms

System Testing and Deployment
Lead the testing and debugging of AI applications to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Work closely with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot integration issues and refine system configurations post-deployment.
Customization and Scalability
Adapt AI technologies to the specific needs of each department and / or organizations, ensuring the tools deliver measurable benefits such as cost savings, efficiency gains, or improved customer experiences.
Implement scalable solutions that accommodate organizational growth and evolving requirements, with modular components for future upgrades.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Set up dashboards and monitoring tools to track the real-time performance of AI systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize models and workflows over time, leveraging user feedback and new technological advancements.
Training and Support
Create detailed documentation and user manuals for AI tools and processes.
Train employees on AI applications, providing ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
Establish a feedback loop for users to report issues and suggest improvements.
Industry Expertise and Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in AI project goals and deliverables.
Stay informed about the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI, and propose the adoption of emerging technologies that could provide a strategic advantage.
Build relationships with AI vendors and consultants to explore partnerships and external solutions that complement internal capabilities.
