What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anesthesia Technician position at Confidential?
Brooklyn’s largest health care facilities need Anesthesia Technician. Experienced professionals who are open to working weekends and flexible/variable shifts as well as Full-Time/Part-Time schedules.
· High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
· Anesthesia Technician (ASATT) or Operating Room Technician certification
· Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification (BCLS) from the American Heart Association.
· 6 months - 1 year of experience, for maintaining AORN (Association of Operating Room Nurses) and ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologist) infection control standards for the cleaning, disinfecting and/or sterilization of anesthesia instruments between cases and at end of day.
Positions include a comprehensive benefits package. All applicants MUST have valid certifications. Full time and Part time; Shifts available: day/evening/night/ variable shifts and every other weekend. Salary range $19.60 to $26.00 per/hour. Bilingual is a plus.
