What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Leasing Consultant - Full-Time position at Confidential?
Albany apartment community is looking for a reliable, responsible individual who enjoys working with people to join our staff as an apartment leasing consultant. You will be answering phones to give pricing and availability and assisting prospective renters with the application process, as well as speaking with our current residents. There may be some administrative tasks assigned by the manager. Qualified individuals must possess excellent phone skills and have experience with face-to-face communication. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday thru Saturday. Your off days would be Sunday and Wednesday.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Apartment Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
