A Property Management Company is looking for experienced apartment maintenance technicians in the Toledo, Ohio area!
This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests, building projects, some electrical and carpentry projects and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We are looking for someone with proven skills and a team player.
Those with the following experience will be given priority:
Strong customer service skills along with being trustworthy, able to work with vendors, maintain inventory, and meet deadlines
Position requires some on call responsibilities along with occasional overtime.
Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
Ability to work in a fast paced-environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Possess your own small hand tools
