What We Need in a Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with the ability to oversee multiple locations and drive excellence in service delivery. The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure regulatory requirements are followed.
- Be a strategic partner with planning and quality assurance.
- Ensure service recipients' health, safety, and well-being.
- Maintain facilities and vehicles to ensure comfortable, safe, and reliable operating conditions.
- Hire, train, and supervise on-site supervisors.
- Support ongoing staff development.
- Effective staff oversight and development, ensuring an ethical and professional culture.
- Monitor the development and implementation of high-quality individual support plans.
- Monitor compliance with individual service plans.
- Collaborate with representatives of other public and private agencies in developing services, programs, and other activities for individuals receiving services from the program.
- Work closely with the State Agency and the Office of Licensing to ensure all regulatory requirements are followed regarding support provided, the physical plant, and any visits or inquiries from either.
- Participate in and implement strategic planning and quality assurance efforts to attain a high standard of programming and services.
- Ensure that the individuals' health, safety, and well-being are always protected.
- Promote continuous quality improvement projects and ongoing performance measures.
- Monitor the development and implementation of high-quality individual support plans.
- Promote and ensure the health and safety of individuals and staff.
- Collaborate with representatives of public and private agencies in developing services, programs, and other activities for individuals receiving services.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a social service field or public administration; Master’s Degree preferred; and
- Five (5) years demonstrated supervisory experience in a community support setting.
- Valid PA driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
