What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Brewer position at Confidential?
As a part of our brewing team you will be responsible for assisting and seeing through various production tasks such as brewing, cleaning tanks, transfer beers from tank , keg washing and packaging beer at our Facility in Olympia, Washington. It will be your job to work with our production team members to see that all production tasks are completed in accordance to the production managers schedule. Candidates must possess a commitments to quality, safety, respect, and innovation. We are looking for someone who is a hard worker and possesses the following skills:
- 2 years of brewing and production experience, more preferred
- Proficiency in running CIPs, keg washing and other cellar tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working on a bottling or canning line suggested
- A team player mentality
- Ability to manipulate 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Ability to be active for prolonged periods
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
