The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an academic administrative leadership role, a proven track record in scholarship and research development, and experience in mentoring faculty. Personal characteristics should include a passion for excellence, transformational leadership, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role also requires the ability to foster strong relationships with clinical partners, professional organizations, and legislative bodies, as well as experience in strategic planning and the ability to drive results in a complex, evolving environment.
