Responsibilities

- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability while meeting the needs of residents.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
- Implement and monitor care plans for residents, particularly those with dementia or developmental disabilities, ensuring individualized support is provided.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for residents, including medication management and therapy services.
- Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to ensure a supportive community atmosphere.
- Organize recreational activities and programs that promote social engagement and well-being among residents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management within a senior care or assisted living environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in a healthcare setting.
