Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including tire service, alignments, and auto body repair.
- Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow in the service department.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to dealership policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Experience in upselling services is a plus.
- Knowledge of tire services and alignment procedures is beneficial.
