Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the doctor to ensure patients understand their treatment plans and why they are necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, emails, and patient texts promptly and professionally
- Collect patient balances, co-insurance, and/or deposits
- Document all patient interactions, both verbal and in-office
- Present financial options and schedule patients’ next appointments
- Follow up on treatment plans, including prior approvals, medical clearances, and post-op care
- Ensure accuracy of legal clinical documents
- Deliver WOW service to each and every patient—your dedication will be recognized!
Qualifications:
- Passion for dentistry and helping others
- At least 1 year of experience as a dental treatment coordinator is preferred, but we are open to training candidates who are bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent typing skills and the ability to navigate computer software confidently, with knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, waiting periods, and limitations
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- A friendly, outgoing personality—this is a must!
- Ability to clearly explain treatment plans, financial options, and account details to patients
- Strong math skills to assist with financial calculations
- Enthusiasm for setting and achieving goals

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
