Job Title Brewery Cellarman
Qualifications
● 21 Years of Age
● Drivers license and clean driving record
● Ability to work in a team setting
● Basic math skills
● Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
● Ability to Lift and carry 50 lbs
● High school diploma
● Experience in a brewery, distillery, or food production role
Desirable Traits
● Experience using forklifts/pallet jacks
● Mechanical aptitude
● Ability to work extended hours on your feet in hot, cold, wet, and loud environments
● Good attention to detail
● Safety-conscious
● A basic knowledge of brewing process
● Homebrewing experience
Responsibilities
Assist the Head Brewer in all daily cellar duties including but not limited to
● Adherence to all safety and cleaning procedures
● Keg washing
● Keg Filling
● Barrel Racking
● CIP of all brewery vessels (tank cleaning)
● Bi-monthly draft line cleaning
● Packaging product/ Canning line operations
● Centrifuge Filtration
● Monitor Fermentations
● Standard brewery cleanliness and organization
Hourly base pay based on experience
After 90 days: Health benefits and Federal paid holidays
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm schedule, and occasional weekend help with brewery events and or
festivals
