We are looking to add a Business Admin Manager to our small office team.
The Business Administration Manager will be responsible for a variety of business and office admin duties in the areas of reception, accounting, marketing, purchasing, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative spirit and be self-directed, organized, and detail oriented. They will have a high level of problem-solving capabilities, the ability to professionally communicate across all levels, the flexibility to multitask, and the willingness to take on additional duties as required.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
· AP/AR, invoicing, and collections
· Financial reports and statements
· Monthly Reconciliation of accounts
· Local, state, and federal reporting and tax filings
· Spearhead year-end procedures and audits
· Website, brochure, and social media updates
· Office supply and company use item purchasing
· Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new employees
· Organize and drive safety initiatives
· Identify process improvements and facilitate implementation
· Perform additional duties as required
· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum 5 years Bookkeeping/Accounting experience, small business preferred
· Previous experience in Office Management, HR Generalist, Safety, Marketing a plus
· Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and collaboration skills
· Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Excellent computer and data entry skills.
· Self-directed and motivated

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
