Job Description
BUSINESS OFFICE COORDINATOR
Reports to: Executive Director
Position Summary: The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for performing human resources-related functions within the community. Responsible for processing all new hire information, payroll service, and communicating benefits. The Business Office Coordinator will also process invoices and resident payments as needed.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain employee files and medical files on every active employee within the community; ensure proper documentation is signed and collected
- Perform HR functions including, but not limited to background checks, new hire paperwork and payroll processing
- Maintains training logs in accordance with federal and/or state regulations
- Tracks employee evaluations to ensure each employee is evaluated after 90 days and yearly going forward
- Tracks PPD testing to ensure employees are tested on a yearly basis
- Ensures all CPR and Nursing licenses are up-to-date per state regulations
- Handles invoices as they pertain to administrative department
- Actively recruits new applicants through paper and online advertising
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
