Job Summary:
You will coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and consistent product supply for National and Regional chain customers in Foodservice Distribution. You will maintain inventory levels, assist with special order requests, and contribute to team success through various support duties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure product replenishment from vendors to maintain inventory levels.
- Deliver superior service by following industry Best Practices.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams, customers, and vendors on market conditions, delivery schedules, and product details.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet job requirements.
- Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of office/administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-2 years of purchasing or planning experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in purchasing or related areas within the foodservice industry.
- Experience with replenishment and forecasting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
