What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Field Associate position at Confidential?
Openings for entry level and experienced team members in the cannabis industry. Working at grow sites in the area, you will learn about pre & post harvest activities and have fun while you learn.

- Prune, harvest and trim plants according to specific guidelines
- Perform assigned tasks to support team, including weighing, sorting product or similar support functions
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members

- 21 yrs or older & able to pass background check

- Starting hourly rate is $15/hr, adjusted based upon experience.
- Schedule will be part time during training with the potential to increase hours as you learn
