We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Carpenter / Skilled Laborer to assist in the construction and renovation of high-end custom homes and remodeling projects. This role involves working hands-on with tools, materials, and various aspects of the building process. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with framing, trim work, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasks
- Perform general labor duties such as site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Follow blueprints, measurements, and specifications accurately
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Learn and grow within the company, taking on more responsibilities over time
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry, construction, or general labor (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
