Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning and restoration services using various techniques and equipment to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment for different types of carpets and fabrics.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning and restoration equipment and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with additional custodial duties as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in carpet cleaning, with knowledge of various techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and environmental services is preferred.
- Attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during cleaning assignments.
