Certified Medical Assistant & Front Desk Receptionist We are a WALK-IN fast paced based clinic. We are seeking for a motivated Bilingual who can multitask and be able to assist various providers with a 2 years with pediatric experience required to join our family pediatric practice located in Spring Branch area 77055. Responsibilities for front desk include answering our high volume phone, insurance verification, Check in / Check out patients, scanning, faxing and must be able to assist our Spanish speaking community etc. Medical Assistants responsibilities include taking vitals, rooming patients, checking their medication list obtaining, and updating patient medical history, drawing blood, PKU newborn screens, perform audio & vison examinations. Must be able to read & look up vaccination records through ImmTrac2 portal as well as being able to give shots per schedule. Have experience with VFC ordering and keeping up with inventory with the state. Must have experience with the EMR software EclinicalWorks (Highly Preferred). Have medical records experience along with knowledgeable data with HEDIS and THSTEPS . Salary based on experience.
