Join our dedicated team as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and lead the financial management of a pioneering biomedical research institute. We are looking for a strategic financial leader to develop and implement innovative financial strategies that will drive the long-term sustainability and growth of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, while managing the financial aspects of sponsored projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial management, demonstrate proficiency in financial software and accounting systems, and have extensive knowledge of grants management and regulatory compliance, particularly in non-profit or academic settings. As CFO, you will guide our finance and accounting teams, prepare and present impactful financial reports, and ensure we fully comply with all financial regulations.
In addition to financial oversight, you will engage in commercial and real estate contract negotiations, collaborating closely with the executive team to implement our strategic plan. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and CPA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
You will serve as a strategic partner to our Board of Directors, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A passion for our mission and values is essential.
