We are looking for a strategic financial leader to develop and implement innovative financial strategies that will drive the long-term sustainability and growth of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, while managing the financial aspects of sponsored projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial management, demonstrate proficiency in financial software and accounting systems, and have extensive knowledge of grants management and regulatory compliance, particularly in non-profit or academic settings. As CFO, you will guide our finance and accounting teams, prepare and present impactful financial reports, and ensure we fully comply with all financial regulations.
In addition to financial oversight, you will engage in commercial and real estate contract negotiations, collaborating closely with the executive team to implement our strategic plan. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree and CPA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
