About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team. If you're driven by a start-up mentality and are passionate, agile, and goal-oriented, this is your opportunity! You will lead our accounting department, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations with a close-knit team of three accountants. This includes completing the month-end close process in a timely manner, managing the accounts payable function, maintaining the fixed assets module, preparing annual budgets, and overseeing the accounting integration for acquisitions. You’ll collaborate closely with departmental managers to foster profitable growth through innovative automation and enhanced business processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a CPA or CPA track being highly desirable. We are seeking a self-motivated and creative thinker with advanced Excel abilities, and familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is a significant plus. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capability to thrive both independently and in a team setting are essential traits. You should possess a robust work ethic, the ability to think quickly, and a strong commitment to our culture of innovation and collaboration.
