About the Role
The organization is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be instrumental in shaping both the strategic and financial direction of the company. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will lead all aspects of financial operations, including financial controls, budgeting, tax strategies, audits, and capital structure management. You will oversee the EVP of Corporate Development and the Controller to ensure alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
We are looking for a strong leader passionate about sustainable infrastructure development, particularly in holistic water management and positive social impact. Key responsibilities include :
- Implementing and enhancing internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Leading annual and special audits.
- Monitoring the financial position and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Presenting financial data at Board meetings and engaging in Fund GP and LPAC meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Excel and financial modeling, have a solid understanding of tax strategies, and demonstrate experience in budget preparation and financial reporting. A commitment to equity participation and a culture of shared success and long-term collaboration is essential. In this role, you will be at the forefront of addressing global water challenges while delivering value to communities and stakeholders.
