About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Risk and Control Officer with a focus on Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) for Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the identification, assessment, and management of risk across the operations organization. This includes ensuring the effectiveness of the MCA program, working with business operational teams, and maintaining relationships across business users and lines of defense. The role also involves running various MCA processes, partnering with quality assurance teams, and supporting MCA transformation deliverables. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' of MCA practitioner experience, with a preference for those with 5 years' of experience in enterprise networking and third-party oversight. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree and relevant certifications being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the COSO risk framework and the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Responsibilities also include acting as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders, participating in MCA UAT, and supporting the development of senior management reporting narratives. The role demands a professional who can exercise independence of judgment, and autonomy, and is adept at responding to changes in MCA requirements.
