About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to fulfill the dual role of COO and CFO at our digital assets investment firm. This position entails managing operational and financial responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on fund administration, legal resource management, legal filings, and the creation and review of essential legal documents.
In the financial domain, you will handle budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, tax management, audit processes, and financial oversight of our funds. You will also play a key role in investment processes, ensuring compliance with KYC / AML regulations, and serve as the primary liaison for legal and compliance advisors.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a COO or CFO capacity within venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance, alongside advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in managing outsourced resources for legal, tax, accounting, and auditing functions is critical, combined with a proven track record in fundraising and managing investor relationships.
We are seeking a self-driven professional with strong analytical and technical abilities, excellent time management skills, and the capability to work autonomously. Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology is highly desirable, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
